Why We Built Orthavax

Millions of men quietly struggle with changes in their erections—often with no clear guidance or visibility into what’s happening. Traditional options can be invasive, uncertain, or out of reach.

We created Orthavax to offer something different:

Orthavax was developed by Jeffrey Lewis, a medical device innovator and founder of RPTherapies. He previously led a healthcare software company that generated over $225 million in revenue and supported 150+ employees. After decades of building systems that improve health outcomes, he turned his focus to creating something personal—an honest, measurable system men could use from home.
