How It Works

Not Just a Device - A structured System

Orthavax isn’t something you use on your own. It’s part of a monitored protocol offered by licensed medical providers as one component of a broader care program. The process is structured, supervised, and built around safety, consistency, and accountability

The Purpose

Orthavax uses controlled vacuum cycles to induce temporary erection in a repeatable, data-driven way.

This allows for:

  • Reliable measurement of expansion
  • Pattern tracking over time
  • Cloud-based monitoring by your provider
  • A repeatable physical experience that supports the goals of your overall care program

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing things right—and doing them the same way, every time.

Supervised, Not DIY

Orthavax is not sold directly to consumers.

Only trained providers offer the system—and monitor every session remotely via secure cloud logs.

Providers can see:

Session timing

Cycle completion

Vacuum performance

Penis expansion data

Alerts or irregularities

Limits to Prevent Overuse

Orthavax allows only one session every 7 hours. The system enforces this.

Even though Orthavax is safe when used properly, misuse of any vacuum device can strain tissue.

That’s why Orthavax includes multiple safeguards:

  • Automatic shutoff
  • Timed vacuum duration
  • Cycle limits
  • Provider alerts
  • Emergency stop mechanisms

Progress Tracking

Orthavax is designed to track what your penis does—not to promise what it might become.

By capturing measurements and comparing them to your own history,

it offers a factual record of size, expansion dynamics, and changes over time.

Your provider uses this to help guide the overall care strategy.

Why It's Different

Feature Traditional VEDs Orthavax
Manual control (automated)
No usage limits (timed and capped)
No remote monitoring (cloud-logged)
One-size-fits-all tube (custom fit + comfort pad)
Designed for self-use (provider-supervised only)

A Tool - Not a Treatment

Orthavax is not FDA approved to treat or cure any medical condition.

It is a physical system used under medical supervision, often as part of broader protocols.

It doesn’t replace medical care. It supports it.
